What it does

The Emberstruck Stack is a high-performance modular direct-heat pit.

Replaces your kettle, griddle, kamado, and offset in one heavy-duty system built for all-weather outdoor cooking.

  • Hard Searing Heat: Raise the fire basket close to the grate.

  • Steady Overnight Burns: Add the heat baffle for low-and-slow cooks.

  • Clean Wood Smoke: Open the smokestack to burn real wood splits.

  • Flat-Top Griddle: Drop in the steel plate for tacos and smash burgers.
